Studio policies
Steps to book
- Read the policy.
- Select the service you're interested in.
- Select your date and time.
- Fill in your information.
- Check your email for confirmation and add it to your calendar.
Policy
- You must fill out the consent, terms and conditions.
- No extra guests allowed.
- A $25 non-refundable deposit is required.
- A no call, no show will not be able to book future appointments.
- 10 minute grace period. After 10 minutes you may need to reschedule.
Canceling & rescheduling
- Your deposit allows up to 1 rescheduled appointment per month, and it must be rescheduled within the same month.
- Please give at least 12 hours' notice to reschedule, to avoid forfeiting your deposit.
Mini fill
Within 7 days of your last full set or fill, with 80% of lashes remaining.
2 to 3 week fill
10 to 25 days after your last full set or fill, with 40% of lashes remaining. Arrive with no eye makeup.

How much is a full set of lash extensions?
Full sets run from $120 (birthday set) and $135 (classic) up to $160 (mega volume). Fills are $80 to $100. See the full lash menu above.
Is there a deposit?
Yes, a $25 non-refundable deposit is required to book. It covers up to 1 reschedule per month, within the same month, with at least 12 hours' notice.
When should I book a fill?
Mini fills are within 7 days of your last set or fill (80% of lashes remaining). 2 to 3 week fills are 10 to 25 days out, with 40% remaining. Every fill includes a lash bath.
I'm new to extensions. Can I try a patch test first?
Yes. The optional $25 patch test applies 1 to 3 extensions, then you wait 24 hours to check for any reaction.
How should I prepare for my appointment?
Arrive with no eye makeup and fill out the consent forms. The booking form lets you upload lash inspiration and a clear photo of your bare eyes, and even pick your soundtrack: music, spa music, a podcast, an audiobook or a silent appointment.
Can I bring a friend?
No extra guests are allowed in the studio.
